Pine Tree serves adult females with mental retardation or a related condition. Services include basic support, maintenance, and active treatment. Residents have access to medical and psychological services. Recreational and social activities are provided. Transportation is provided for work, shopping, church, and group activities.

The purpose of the services is to encourage the acquisition or maintenance of behaviors necessary for the individual to function with as much self-determination and independence as possible and to prevent the loss of current functional status.

Pine Tree is located in the Spring Hill/Pine Tree Area of Longview. The home is spacious and attractive. All residents share their room with at one other resident. Awake staff are available on site 24 hours a day. The home houses six female residents.
