Concord serves adult males with mental retardation or a related condition. Services include basic support, maintenance, and active treatment. Residents have access to medical and psychological services. Recreational and social activities are provided. Transportation is provided for work, shopping, church, and group activities.

The purpose of the services is to encourage the acquisition or maintenance of behaviors necessary for the individual to function with as much self-determination and independence as possible and to prevent the loss of current functional status.

Concord is located near downtown Longview. It is a large home with space for twelve residents. Most residents share their room with at least one other resident. There is staff available 24 hours per day.
