To comply with federal funding source rules Community Healthcore has established a Corporate Compliance Program. Major federal funding sources include:

• Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP)
• Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)
• Substance Abuse Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA)
• Social Security Administration HOPE Project
• U.S. Federal Bureau of Prisons
• U.S. Federal Probation Department
• Department of Housing and Urban Development

To detect and prevent deliberately deceptive actions to obtain unauthorized federal funding the Center is interested in information that would suggest a Corporate Compliance problem. The Center is also interested in detecting and correcting performance problems that may affect proper billing and collecting federal funds.
